These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) apply to all offers, orders and agreements of HairVisit, to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions. The items and/or services offered are depicted and/or described as clearly and truthfully as possible on the website and/or in written offers and/or other media. They are described as completely as reasonably required and possess the characteristics mentioned by HairVisit in the offer. The offer clearly states what the customer owes upon purchase and what his rights and obligations are if he accepts the offer.
HairVisit guarantees that the prices of the items will not be increased during the term of the offer, except for any interim tax increases, legal measures or changes in VAT rates.
Any deviation from the provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing, in which case the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
All rights and claims, as stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and in any further agreements on behalf of HairVisit, are equally stipulated on behalf of intermediaries and other third parties engaged by HairVisit.
Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order, HairVisit reserves the right not to fulfil orders or to fulfil them at a later date. HairVisit is also entitled to deliver items only after the customer has made full payment in advance.
HairVisit reserves the right to obtain the necessary information to assess the customer's creditworthiness.
The customer has the right to return the purchased product within a period of seven working days (trial period) without giving any reason or incurring any obligations.
The seven working days commence on the working day following receipt of the product.
The cooling-off period applies to unopened packaging.
The costs of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
If and insofar as the customer referred to in this article has already paid, they are entitled to a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or to reclaim it.
The agreement to purchase and sell is concluded at the moment of acceptance of the offer and fulfilment of the conditions set out therein.
HairVisit will do everything possible to deliver accepted orders as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed – either due to temporary unavailability or for other reasons – or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be notified.
The method of transport is determined by HairVisit. The customer pays the shipping and administration costs. The applicable shipping and administration costs are stated in the order information.
HairVisit bears the risk of damage and loss of the items during transport. Once the items have been received by the customer, the risk of damage and loss is transferred to the customer.
If one or more items are missing or damaged, the customer undertakes to cooperate with the investigation upon first request. If this obligation is not met, HairVisit is entitled to recover the price of the items from the customer.
Warranty is excluded, as we work with consumables.
Payment must be made prior to delivery to the account number specified by HairVisit, unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise specified, any amount owed by the customer must be paid within 14 days of the agreement being concluded, or as much later as indicated by HairVisit.
If an amount due has not been paid by the agreed date without valid reason, the entire outstanding amount shall become immediately due and payable by law. Delivery of further orders shall be suspended until the customer has fulfilled their payment obligations.
Any costs charged to HairVisit by third parties for processing payments will be charged to the customer.
We charge cancellation fees for cancelled orders. These cancellation fees amount to 15% of the invoice amount.
In the event of cancellation of appointments for the provision of services, compensation of 15% of the agreed treatment may be charged between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the actual appointment.
In the event of cancellation of appointments for the provision of services within 24 hours prior to the actual appointment, 50% will charge the full amount of the agreed treatment.
In the event that HairVisit is confronted with the cancellation of the appointment to provide services on site, the full amount will be charged.
Notwithstanding the preceding sub-articles of Article 10, different terms apply to wedding packages.

In the event of cancellation of appointments for the delivery of wedding arrangements within one month prior to the actual appointment, 50% will be charged the full amount of the agreed arrangement.
In the event of cancellation of appointments for the delivery of wedding arrangements within 14 days prior to the actual appointment, 75% will be charged the full amount of the agreed arrangement.
In the event of cancellation of appointments for the delivery of wedding arrangements within one week prior to the actual appointment, 100% will charge the full amount of the agreed arrangement.
The provisions of Articles 10.2, 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5 may be waived if a replacement has been provided or if, in the opinion of HairVisit, there are special circumstances that justify deviating from those provisions.
When you place an order, your details are stored in HairVisit's personal records.
Upon written request from the customer, the stored personal data will be provided to him for inspection, subject to payment of the costs. Any corrections communicated by the customer will be incorporated into the registration, unless the corrections prove to be incorrect.
HairVisit will not provide any data to third parties without legal grounds or outside the scope of its personal data registration, thereby compromising the privacy of its customers.
The accuracy of all amounts stated by HairVisit is deemed to be established, unless the customer has notified HairVisit in writing of any alleged inaccuracies within two months of receiving the account statement intended for him.
HairVisit cannot accept any liability for the consequences of typographical errors on the website or other forms of media.
HairVisit is entitled to amend its terms and conditions of sale after the expiry of a catalogue's term.
By placing an order or making an appointment, each customer declares their unconditional agreement with the above terms and conditions.
