We do not charge a call-out fee for addresses within a 10 km radius. For addresses outside this radius, however, a fee of €0.42 per kilometre travelled from the HairVisit address to the treatment address and back per hairdresser/make-up artist applies. This is to cover fuel/energy costs and compensate for working time. When we travel together in one car, the compensation for the second person is €0.25 to compensate for lost working time.

Any parking fees will also be charged.

All treatment costs include reinforcement and the use of normal hairpins, if necessary. Hair accessories and other additions such as clip-in extensions are optional and not included in the price.

Treatments are performed on hair that has been washed (by the client) beforehand. However, if the hair still needs to be washed, an additional fee of €6.50 will be charged.

Any additional hairstyle trial requested will be charged at a fixed rate of €65 at the customer's location. If a different location is requested, location rental costs will be charged (approximately €55 for 2 hours). This also applies to any additional make-up trial.

Sundays, public holidays and non-standard hours (e.g. before 8:00 and after 21:00) may be subject to a special rate of up to 175%.
